Blender Project This panel was built & installed for an international bottle manufacturer to control the amount of different plastics to be combined, mixed & sent to a plastic molding machine manufacturing plastic bottles. Three variable speed drives were installed with a master control board.
Saw Console This console was designed, built & installed for a panel saw to be used in the manufacture of modular home panels by an international wood products company. Included in the controls, besides the programmable logic controller is a Bosch proportional hydraulic control board, which controls the speed & direction of the saw movement.
Label Detection System This system was designed, built & installed on 7 machines which label plastic bottles for an international bottle manufacturer. This system enables the machine to reject bottles without a proper label & pass only those that are labeled as the client requires. It includes a programmable logic controller and atleast 2 laser sensors with associated amplifiers per machine.
Light Box This box & 3 others were built for an international light bulb manufacturer to be used in technical training classes for architects, engineers, and other lighting representatives, showing the different outputs & color renditions for various types of light bulbs and varying applications. The bulbs which can be displayed vary from fluorescent tubes to HID bulbs.
